I know what you're thinking, nocturnal pudding doesn't sound very tempting. Get your mind out of the gutter! This is a delicious healthy bedtime snack that will help you recover from the most grueling of training days. Now get some rest, eat some pudding and think about what you've done.

This Nocturnal Casein Chia Pudding is:

Why Casein?

    How to do it

    • Measure up each of the ingredients
